You've downloaded Elite Gamer, you have it launched, and you're ready to score some trick shots in Rocket League with the most optimal connection possible......but wait, you need to log in.
The first time you log into Elite Gamer, you need to use your Cox ID and password. Your Cox ID is how you log on to Cox.com. Don't remember or don't have a Username? Check out our guide here on finding or creating your Cox ID.

Once you've logged into Elite Gamer, you have various accounts that you can link! Linking these accounts come with significant benefits like viewing your friend's activity and making logins a breeze. Check out our article on linking your accounts.

The COX ID or Password isn't right - Double-check your username and password. Also, make sure you're using the correct COX ID. You can find that with this guide. If you're trying to login with your Google, Facebook, or Steam accounts, make sure they are linked before logging in this way. You can check out our Social Accounts Guide on how to set this up.
Please subscribe to use Elite Gamer - This will appear when your COX account doesn't have a Panoramic system or you're not subscribed to at least one Elite Gamer connection. If you have a connection and still getting this message, we may need you to get in touch with Cox for this, but send us a request to look into it!
Account Verification - This is present when Multifactor Authentication is enabled on your COX.com account. Simply follow the prompts and enter the code. You can read more about this and how to enable/disable this here.
