Linking your gaming and social accounts come with huge benefits! You can see what games you and your friends own on Steam and make it easier to log in with your credentials for Steam, Facebook, and Google. So how do you do it?
LINKING
First, make sure you're logged into Elite Gamer using your COX credentials.
Then navigate over to settings by clicking on your profile icon at the bottom left of your screen.
The first screen that you'll see is Accounts, here is where you'll find your Linked Accounts. From here, click on Link Now next to the account that you would like to link.
A browser window will pop and ask you to log in with your Steam credentials. 
You may get a Steam Guard popup. Follow the instructions to authorize the linking to Elite Gamer.
SEE YOUR FRIENDS
If you've linked your Steam, but aren't seeing your games and friends under your Steam library in GameBoost, you may need to adjust your Steam privacy settings.
To change your settings, navigate to Steam's Privacy page and log in here: https://steamcommunity.com/my/edit/settings
To see your friends, you would need to make My Profile and Friends list public. To add your Steam library to Elite Gamer, you will need to make your Game Details public.
